Minor vehicle accident at the entrance to Eastgate Plaza involving a vehicle that ruptured the side of a Tractor Trailer saddle tank.  Team 800 pumped stopped the leak and pumped off the saddle tank into recovery drums.  Also, the storm drain discharge that led to Slate Run was boomed and placed with pads to mitigate any fuel that may have traveled through the system.
